There doesn't seem to be very many products on your site, how do I know what I'm buying? : The items on this site are only a small sample of all the quality items we have access to. A majority of our business is finding clients specific items, for specific tastes, and intrestes . You want something,tell us what it is, we get it. we are not a warehouse operation. We locate luxury items for our clients, one at a time.

How long will it take to receive my item? : In most cases, it takes 2-5days to find the right product, at the right price. We then E-mail you directly with the terms, if you approve, it is only a matter of days till its at your door*. Waiting a few days to allow us to search for the best price Will save you $$$$$.. depending on your tastes, the saving will be substantial.

*If client item, is an item that needs to be imported, it may take up to a month for client to receive item. we order from our international distributers only once a month.

What happens if the item i want is not sold in this country, is it gonna cost me more? : It may take a little longer for clients to receive items if they need to be imported to the country. It may also cost a little more, because customs will want there cut (taxes, tariffs, and duties may apply) we cannot be sure until the request is researched.

If the item is sent back within 7 days, a check will be mailed to the purchaser, minus 20% for work exhausted. Although we are sure that you will be satisfied with all our products, some items will not be offered as refundable . Items that we have custom made for clients, and items in which we need to got to extreme measures to acquire will not be refundable . If items are not refundable, clients will be notified at the same time we provide you with the details for the purchases.
